Our latest research looked closely into the Swedish retail market. We asked shoppers at four leading retailers – ICA, COOP, Hemköp and Lidl – what they think about shopping trends, loyalty programmes, and much more.

With over 700 respondents, we discovered a lot. While the current state of retail loyalty in Sweden is healthy, it is evolving quickly, and retailers can do more to retain customers.

Perceptions of in-store grocery and food shopping have changed. People want to be rewarded for their loyalty in new ways. And they want to be supported in their hunt for new foods and products.
