A truly world-class event, our 2016 Showcase in Rome brought together over 250 retailers from around the world to learn from prominent thought leaders, interact with each other in an iconic venue, absorb the latest thinking in loyalty strategy and technology and visit some superb stores and historical landmarks.

Located at the Cavalieri Hotel, the TCC Global Marketing Forum was a unique opportunity for retail marketing and loyalty professionals to come together and explore in an atmosphere of collaboration and innovation. The Speakers Forum hosted some of the world’s foremost inspirational speakers such as Jonathan MacDonald and Joshua Copper Ramo as well as those such as Tim Mason and Bridget Brennan with more retail-focused presentations and debates. Following on from the Speakers Forum, Masterclasses brought to life some of the ‘so what’ and ‘now what’ implications for the retail and loyalty industries.

The Marketing Showcase, always a lot more than just a display of products and rewards, also included Digital and Insights zones where retail attendees could start assessing tangible next steps in terms of implementing what they had discovered within their own businesses.

The Store Tour programme included visits to some great local retailers like Eataly and Emmepiù, some global giants such as Auchan as well as a chance to take in the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of Il Mercato di Campo de’ Fiori, one of the greatest food markets in Europe. These visits furnished delegates with best practice and inspiration, not to mention a chance to sample some of the gastronomic delights for which Rome is justifiably famous.
