But this time, with a generation of shoppers more aware and active about retailers’ sustainable behaviours than ever before, Coop and tcc saw an opportunity to take their commitment to the next level. Beyond communications, into ‘360’ sustainability. A national campaign consistent with Coop’s positioning and values using a new brand to shift shopper behaviour. Re-generation. First to market, Coop wanted to become the reference point. A long-term platform was developed, addressing specific sustainability challenges and engaging the all-important new generations.
